\u56e0\u5176\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u6df1\u5faa\u73af\u5bff\u547d\u548c\u5feb\u901f\u5145\u7535\u63a5\u53d7\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u6df1\u5165\u5206\u6790\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u65b0\u578b\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u6280\u672f\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9e\u7528\u7684 <strong>\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u4fdd\u517b\u6280\u5de7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u73b0\u4ee3\u6c7d\u8f66\u7684\u6f14\u53d8\uff1a\u4e3a\u4f55\u4f20\u7edf\u7535\u6c60\u4f1a\u5931\u6548<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u4eca\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u5df2\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u914d\u5907\u4e86\u884c\u8f66\u8bb0\u5f55\u4eea\u3001\u52a0\u70ed\u5ea7\u6905\u548c\u5927\u5c3a\u5bf8\u8f66\u8f7d\u5c4f\u5e55\u7b49\u4f17\u591a\u9ad8\u529f\u7387\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u201c\u79fb\u52a8\u667a\u80fd\u7ec8\u7aef\u201d\u3002.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e3a\u5f7b\u5e95\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e3b\u6d41\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u54c1\u724c\u5df2\u63a8\u51fa <strong>\u4e13\u7528\u542f\u505c\u7535\u6c60<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u5373AGM\u548cEFB\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u524d\u6cbf\u6280\u672f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AGM\u4e0eEFB\uff1a\u6df1\u5165\u89e3\u6790\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u6280\u672f<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AGM\uff08\u5438\u9644\u5f0f\u73bb\u7483\u7ea4\u7ef4\u9694\u677f\uff09\u6280\u672f\u91c7\u7528\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u7ea4\u7ef4\u9694\u677f\u5b8c\u5168\u5438\u6536\u7535\u89e3\u6db2\uff0c\u4f7f\u7535\u6c60\u5185\u90e8\u5904\u4e8e\u8d2b\u6db2\u72b6\u6001\u3002.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u66f4\u9002\u5408\u9ad8\u7aef\u6c7d\u8f66\uff1a<\/strong> \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u5bfb\u627e <strong>\u9ad8\u7aef\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u5bff\u547d<\/strong> \u6216\u9ad8\u7ea7\u8c6a\u534e\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u66f4\u6362\u65b9\u6848\uff0cAGM\u65e0\u7591\u662f\u9996\u9009\u3002\u5176\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u4f4e\u6e29\u542f\u52a8\u7535\u6d41\uff08CCA\uff09\u786e\u4fdd\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6781\u5bd2\u5929\u6c14\u4e0b\u4e5f\u80fd\u77ac\u95f4\u542f\u52a8\u8f66\u8f86\u3002.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u8d85\u957f\u6df1\u5faa\u73af\u5bff\u547d\uff1a<\/strong> AGM\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u5bff\u547d\u662f\u666e\u901a\u7535\u6c60\u76843\u52304\u500d\uff0c\u80fd\u8f7b\u677e\u5e94\u5bf9\u9891\u7e41\u542f\u505c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u653e\u7535\u3002.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> <strong>EFB\u542f\u505c\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u7279\u70b9<\/strong> \u662f\u5bf9\u4f20\u7edf\u5bcc\u6db2\u5f0f\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u5168\u9762\u9769\u65b0\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u66f4\u539a\u7684\u6781\u677f\u548c\u65b0\u578b\u805a\u5408\u7269\u914d\u65b9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n<p
